Philosophy Poem

A bubble symbolizes a rough sketch of all that man knows, and has ever known in an ocean of knowledge the size of infinity.
A majority float in the center, occasionally traveling to the edge and back, scared to travel too far and get lost from loved ones.
There are those who roam the edges though. Those brave enough to detatch, with the curious, hungry minds of philosophers.
Searching and wading into pools of insanity, we unlock doors leading to windows... or are they portraits?
We do not know if our imagination has followed the golden line of truth or created another realm.
The magic of the metaphor. Giving us glimpses, unlocking the doors, and revealing what could be beyond the bubble.
A discovery is inevitable in the mind of an adventurer.
One rule applies as your lifeline to sanity; keep a map.

Surreal Conversation

Surreal Conversation
Here's an unspeakable conversation; brushing the edges of proven knowledge and dabbling in puddles of insanity. Anthony was telling me about the dreams he was having in the hospital while he was in a coma. (My memories a little fuzzy so certain details may be misconstrued but the important stuff’s accurate).
“I was surrounded by these people in masks who were telling me to follow them. I didn't trust them but I figured fuck it, if they did anything then I’d knock them out. They took me somewhere that I didn't like. I was still in the hospital but it was all abandoned and the walls were tearing. There were these things, I don’t know what they were but they were bad, and I wanted to leave. I walked into a room full of empty hospital beds. The walls were cracked and the place was eerie. It felt like some sort of hall. I walked to the end of it to a door with a light on the other side and I could hear peoples voices on the other side but I couldn't get in. I started screaming for them to open the door and then the scene changed.”
This intrigued me. He had remembered a little bit more than last time, which had only consisted of the door that was light on the other side. Many tell a similar story about a hall with a door at the end and light on the other side. This got him into talking about all of the things that had made him believe that there was something more than what we realize.
“Once I woke up and there were these circles floating right over my head. They were different colors, and I jumped up and looked at them and they disappeared. My grandpa had just passed away… but I don’t know.”

                My eyes widened as I listened to his words. My grandma had told a similar story. I didn't believe in such phenomena at that point so I had dismissed the story as the ramblings of a grandma. The connection was insane though. Her story went something like this;
“I was staying with my cousin whose husband had just passed away. We were sleeping in the same bed, and I woke up in the middle of the night to see an orb floating over her sleeping body.”
The rest of my memory of her story is too fuzzy for me to try to elaborate. I don’t think she felt fear; neither did Anthony. They were really creeped out though.

Poetry; Maya Angelou

A wise woman once said "If you should encounter a rare man of intellect, you should ask him what books he reads." I realize this may come off as insulting, considering my only two followers are guys, but I do not mean it that way. The point is; reading makes you smarter. Its also incredibly stress relieving, relaxing and healthy for your mind; which craves new info. Writers write because they feel what they have to say is so important that it must be written down so that the wisdom does not escape them. Well, many of them do, and many of the time they are right (I guess that depends on opinion though.) Here's a piece of writing with a wonderful flavor:)

Still I Rise

You may write me down in history
With your bitter, twisted lies,
You may trod me in the very dirt
But still, like dust, I'll rise.

Does my sassiness upset you?
Why are you beset with gloom?
'Cause I walk like I've got oil wells
Pumping in my living room.

Just like moons and like suns,
With the certainty of tides,
Just like hopes springing high,
Still I'll rise.

Did you want to see me broken?
Bowed head and lowered eyes?
Shoulders falling down like teardrops.
Weakened by my soulful cries.

Does my haughtiness offend you?
Don't you take it awful hard
'Cause I laugh like I've got gold mines
Diggin' in my own back yard.

You may shoot me with your words,
You may cut me with your eyes,
You may kill me with your hatefulness,
But still, like air, I'll rise.

Does my sexiness upset you?
Does it come as a surprise
That I dance like I've got diamonds
At the meeting of my thighs?

Out of the huts of history's shame
I rise
Up from a past that's rooted in pain
I rise
I'm a black ocean, leaping and wide,
Welling and swelling I bear in the tide.
Leaving behind nights of terror and fear
I rise
Into a daybreak that's wondrously clear
I rise
Bringing the gifts that my ancestors gave,
I am the dream and the hope of the slave.
I rise
I rise
I rise.

Things I learned from my mentor

Yes, he is my tatoo artist mentor but a lot of the things he tells me are worthy of the Unspeakable Conversations:) For example, he showed me a video of a tether (I'm not the best at specifics so a lot of the info may be wrong but the concept is the important part) that was about five miles long. It ripped off of something and ended up floating into space, attracting nitrogen or something that made it glow. So here is this five mile long tether (incredibly thick) that is floating around and glowing and there were these little orb things that were caught in a video of the tether (so they looked like teeny orbs in the video, but in reality they would have been about a mile wide) and they were actually going up to the tether as though they were checking it out, and then leaving. The video suggests extreme intelligence of aliens because these "orbs" are possibly space crafts. I know i'm doing a shitty job explaining this compared to who I learned it from but if your interested there is something to look into. (Unfortunately I don't have the time)

This video is interesting because you'll see a close up of the largest orb... watch the way it glows and think about the fact that there are quite possibly creatures so intelligent they are to us as we are to dogs. Ya digg? =)  Anything much more intelligent than us could very possibly construct space ships to explore and I'd imagine they'd be extremely interested if they happened upon us.

He also told me some stuff about the pyramids that I'll have to look into and this history of ... shit I think its the India culture? I'll have to get back to you guys on that. More extensive knowledge of the black holes and perhaps they are not collapsed stars, perhaps they are wormholes into maybe another 5 gallaxies, Kind of like pockets with mysterious DNA shooting out... ANYWAYS I'm obviously not a credible source, but I thought this made good conversation. Much love!

PS- Can anyone else see the kinda yinyang sign in the moon?

One more thing he mentioned today was the way the moon affects tides, how it pulls the water, how we are made of like 80% water, how hospitals get really busy on a full moon. Question of today's post (If you read this then leave a response, damn) is do you notice bizarre odities during a full moon? Or better yet, do you notice what your doing every full moon? How you feel? Observations folks! I noticed today (full moon- think ill post every full moon) that me, Tara and Tia felt crappy. Women start acting wierd, guys not so much. Wondrin if there's a connection with the moon. Never really know till science proves it. Imagination, creation and thoughtful frustration.

Truth and Beauty & Kindness (Enlightenment)

A wise woman once said "If you should encounter a rare man of intellect, you should ask him what books he reads." I realize this may come off as insulting, considering my only two followers are guys, but I do not mean it that way. The point is; reading makes you smarter. Its also incredibly stress relieving, relaxing and healthy for your mind; which craves new info. I'm trying to get Anthony to start reading poetry because I think it might instill a thoughtful, sentimental value in him (Enlightenment) and it might start making him look at the beauty in the world rather than seeing it in black and white. (I cant believe my boyfriend doesn't even know I have a blog...
lol) Anyways, here are a few things I thought you guys could appreciate:)

I Died For Beauty
